Valerie Daft graduated in 2014 from Spring Arbor University with a Master’s degree in counseling. She has since been trained in EMDR and Internal Family Systems (IFS). Specialties include working with depression, anxiety, PTSD, ADHD, and survivors of childhood trauma, sexual assault, and domestic violence. Certified in trauma, ADHD and Autism. She is a member of the National Board of Certified Counselors.

Dena has always been passionate about health and wellness and has spent the past 17 years learning about what makes the human body ill so she can coach others into finding health in their own lives. She is a Regenerative Detoxification Specialist that works to assist her clients in healing. She believes that true health comes from a mind, body, soul connection and that everyone has the ability to live the life they were meant to live.

As cliché as it may sound, for D, yoga truly is about the mind/body connection. She believes yoga can be a path or journey to empower individuals physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.
